Ephemera is the latest project from Ottawa based DJ & artist Callie Scott (she/they).
Inspired by notions of impermanence, her music focus on experimentation and variation - pulling from a range of sounds and genres including organic, melodic, tech, and progressive house.

Known for their hypnotic rhythms and distinct musicality, Ephemera (she/they) has emerged as one of Ottawa's promising new voices in electronic music - pulling sounds from deep house, progressive, organic house, breaks, and techno.
She is a regular fixture in the capital’s underground scene at venues including City at Night, Berlin, GridWrks, The 27 Club, and festival stages including Autumn Octave, Prismatic Reverie, and Black Rabbit Campout.
Recognized as an emerging talent in the Ottawa scene, she was selected for the Beyond City Beats mentorship program and makes apperances’s on radio shows including Strange Town Frequencies, Ottawa Prog Vibes and Lost in Bass.
Recent highlights include opening for Sydney Blu as part of Change the Beat, and sharing stages with other renowned artists including CHUS, Amber Long, and Setou & Senyo.
This year marks an exciting new chapter of growth for Ephemera, including major festival appearances at Future Forest and Escapade, as they continue to grow as an artist driven by a deep love for connection, atmosphere, and movement on the dance floor.
