Ephemera is the latest project from Ottawa based DJ & artist Callie Scott (she/they).

Inspired by notions of impermanence, her music focus on experimentation and variation - pulling from a range of sounds and genres including organic, melodic, tech, and progressive house.

Known for their hypnotic rhythms and distinctive musicality, Ephemera has emerged as one of Ottawas most promising new voices in electronic music.

A regular fixture in the capital’s underground scene, she has brought her signature energy to top venues including City at Night, 56 Byward, and The 27 Club.

Over the past year, she has performed at festivals/events such as Autumn Octave, Prismatic Reverie, WNDR and made her main stage debut at Black Rabbit Campout 2025.

Ephemera was recently selected to open for Sydney Blu as part of Change the Beat, an initiative celebrating emerging women in dance music. She has also shared stages with renowned artists including DJ CHUS, Amber Long, and Setou & Senyo.

Recognized as an emerging talent in the Ottawa scene, she was selected for the Beyond City Beats mentorship program and has appeared on radio shows such as Ottawa Prog Vibes and Lost in Bass.

Internationally, Ephemera has played sets in New York City and Casa de Campo, and is continuing to grow as an artist driven by a love for connection, atmosphere, and movement on the dance floor.
